1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing xplorama.ca or completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our website or purchase our products.

These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of Xplorama. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. About Xplorama

Xplorama is a digital downloads store based in Manitoba, Canada. We sell STL files for 3D printing, PDF guides, and digital art assets for immediate download after purchase.

3. Digital Products — All Sales Final

All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable due to the instant and irrevocable nature of digital delivery. Once a digital file has been delivered or made available for download, the sale is complete.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you are buying a digital product and understand that refunds are not available except in limited circumstances as described in our Refund Policy.

4. Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds on digital downloads. The only exceptions are:

• The delivered file is corrupted and cannot be opened after good-faith attempts
• The wrong file was delivered (i.e., the file does not match the product purchased)
• A technical failure prevented the download link from functioning
• A duplicate charge was made in error

To request an exception, email noreply@xplorama.ca with your order number and a description of the issue within 7 days of purchase.

5. Personal Use License

All digital files sold by Xplorama are licensed for personal use only. Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the file for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

6. Download Limits and Expiry

• Download links are active for 7 days after purchase
• You are permitted multiple download attempts within this window
• After expiry, download links become inactive; contact us to request a re-send
• We recommend downloading promptly and saving files to your local device or cloud storage

7. Prohibited Uses

You are strictly prohibited from:

• Selling, reselling, or commercially distributing any files purchased from Xplorama
• Redistributing, sharing, or gifting files to third parties
• Claiming any Xplorama file as your own original work
• Using files for commercial production, mass manufacturing, or commercial printing services
• Uploading files to other platforms, marketplaces, or file-sharing services
• Modifying files and redistributing or selling the modified versions
• Using files in any manner that violates applicable laws or third-party rights

8. Intellectual Property

All digital files, product images, descriptions, branding, and content on xplorama.ca are the intellectual property of Xplorama or its licensors and are protected by Canadian copyright law and international copyright treaties.

Your purchase grants you a personal use license only. No ownership of the underlying files, designs, or intellectual property is transferred to you at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Xplorama shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or website, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific product.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products are provided “as is.” While we test all files before listing, we make no warranty that files will be compatible with every software, printer, or device. You are responsible for verifying compatibility before purchase.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Manitoba and the laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Manitoba, Canada.
