Everything you need to know about downloading and using Xplorama products.

How do I receive my download?
After purchase you receive an email titled YOUR XPLORAMA DOWNLOAD IS READY with a download button. Click the button to download directly from our secure server. Check your spam/junk folder if you do not see the email within a few minutes.
How long do I have to download?
Your download link is active for 7 days after purchase. Download promptly and save to your computer or cloud storage. If your link expires, contact us and we will resend it.
How many times can I download?
Your link allows multiple download attempts within the 7 day window. We recommend downloading once and saving the file securely to your device.
What file formats do you sell?
We sell STL files for 3D printing, PDF guides and documents, and digital art files in JPG and PNG format. File formats are listed on each product page.
What 3D printers work with your STL files?
Our STL files work with all major FDM printers including Bambu Lab, Creality Ender, Prusa, Anycubic and more. Resin printers are also supported where pre-supported versions are included. Check individual product listings for compatibility notes.
Can I sell prints of your STL files?
No. All files are for personal use only. Commercial printing and resale of prints is not permitted under our license. See our License Agreement for full details. Commercial licenses are available on request.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe and PayPal. You can pay with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other major cards. PayPal balance payments are also accepted.
I did not receive my download email.
Check your spam or junk folder first — automated emails sometimes land there. If you still cannot find it, email noreply@xplorama.ca with your order number and we will resend within 24 hours.
Can I get a refund?
All digital sales are final. In cases of technical failure or file corruption we will re-deliver or issue store credit. See our Refund Policy for full details on how to request an exception.
Do you offer commercial licenses?
Yes, on select products. Contact noreply@xplorama.ca for commercial licensing inquiries and we will provide pricing and terms based on your intended use.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. We use Stripe and PayPal for all payments — both are PCI-DSS compliant processors. We never store your credit card information on our servers. All transactions are encrypted using SSL/TLS.
Where are you located?
Xplorama is based in Manitoba, Canada. We sell and deliver digitally worldwide. Our products are available to customers in any country.
