1. Copyright Statement
All content on xplorama.ca, including but not limited to digital files, product images, product descriptions, design assets, written content, branding, logos, and website code, is the exclusive property of Xplorama and is protected by Canadian copyright law (Copyright Act, R.S.C. 1985, c. C-42) and applicable international copyright treaties.
2. Unauthorized Reproduction Prohibited
No part of xplorama.ca or any digital product sold through our store may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, displayed, published, or broadcast without the prior written permission of Xplorama, except as expressly permitted by a valid purchased license.
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any content from xplorama.ca may result in civil and criminal penalties under Canadian and international copyright law.
3. Product Licenses
The purchase of a digital product from Xplorama grants you a limited personal use license only. No copyright or intellectual property rights are transferred to you. See our License Agreement for full terms of permitted use.
4. DMCA Compliance
Xplorama complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and takes copyright infringement seriously. We actively monitor for unauthorized use of our content and files and will take action against infringers.

5. How to Report Copyright Infringement
If you believe that content on xplorama.ca or distributed by a third party infringes your copyright, please email us at noreply@xplorama.ca with the following information:
- A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed
- The URL or location of the infringing content
- Your full name and contact information
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is unauthorized
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate
6. Response Time
We will review and respond to all copyright infringement reports within 72 hours of receipt. We take these matters seriously and will act promptly on verified reports.
7. Repeat Infringers
Xplorama has a strict repeat infringer policy. Users who repeatedly infringe the copyrights of others or Xplorama will have their accounts permanently banned and access revoked. Persistent infringers may be subject to legal action.
8. Trademarks
The Xplorama name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of Xplorama. Unauthorized use of our trademarks is prohibited and may constitute trademark infringement.
