License Agreement

This License Agreement governs your use of all digital files purchased from Xplorama. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms of this license. Please read carefully before buying.

1. Grant of License

Xplorama grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable Personal Use License to use the purchased digital files for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This license is granted to you as an individual and may not be transferred, sublicensed, or assigned to any other person or entity.

2. What You CAN Do

Permitted Uses — Personal Use Only

  • Print STL files on your personal 3D printer for personal use and display
  • Display digital art files on personal devices, screens, or as personal prints
  • Use PDF guides and documents for your own personal reference and learning
  • Print multiple physical copies of STL designs for personal use
  • Store and back up the files on your personal devices and private cloud storage

3. What You CANNOT Do

Prohibited Uses — Strictly Forbidden

  • Sell physical prints, reproductions, or derivatives commercially
  • Redistribute, share, gift, or transfer the digital files to any other person
  • Resell the original digital files on any platform or marketplace
  • Claim the files, designs, or artwork as your own original work
  • Use the files for commercial production, manufacturing, or batch printing for sale
  • Upload the files to other platforms, file-sharing services, or repositories
  • Modify the files and redistribute or sell the modified versions
  • Use the files in any product or service offered for commercial gain

4. Commercial License

A Commercial License is available on select products for businesses or individuals who wish to sell prints, use designs in commercial projects, or produce items for sale. Commercial licensing is priced separately and must be agreed upon in writing before any commercial use begins.

5. Intellectual Property

All digital files, designs, artwork, and content sold by Xplorama remain the intellectual property of Xplorama and/or the original creators. Your purchase transfers no copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights to you. You receive a limited license to use the files as described in this agreement only.

6. DMCA and Copyright Enforcement

Xplorama actively enforces its intellectual property rights. We conduct periodic searches for unauthorized use and distribution of our files across the internet and 3D printing marketplaces.

If you become aware of unauthorized use or distribution of our files, please report it to noreply@xplorama.ca.

7. Violations and Legal Action

Violations of this license agreement are taken seriously and are subject to:

  • Immediate revocation of your license and access
  • DMCA takedown notices to platforms hosting infringing content
  • Civil legal action for copyright infringement under Canadian and international law
  • Claims for damages, lost profits, and legal costs

8. Governing Law

This License Agreement is governed by the laws of Manitoba, Canada and applicable Canadian federal copyright law (Copyright Act, R.S.C. 1985, c. C-42).
